会派代表質問・一般質問とは
議員が行政全般にわたり、町長等執行機関に対して、事務の執行状況や将来に対する方針など諸問題について質問することをいいます。
3月定例会において会派の代表者が行う「会派代表質問」と、毎定例会(3月・6月・9月・12月)において議員個人が行う「一般質問」があります。
なお、会派代表質問の質問時間は、質問のみ1会派60分以内となっており、一般質問の質問時間は、答弁を含め議員1人60分以内となっております。
